Aidan Hyman, CEO of ChainSafe
ChainSafe

Aidan Hyman is CEO of Toronto-based ChainSafe Systems, a substantial contributor to blockchain interoperability. His team leads development of Ethermint, a deployment of Ethereum on Tendermint using the Cosmos-SDK; Lodestar, a version of Ethereum 2.0 written in TypeScript, which Vitalik Buterin personally supported with a large donation; and Gossamer, a Golang implementation of the Polkadot Runtime Environment, for which they received a grant from the Web3 Foundation.

Lacero

Rashid Hoosenally is CEO of Lacero, which provides cryptocurrency custody solutions for large organizations. He served as Managing Director for Global Markets and Corporate and Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank for more than 20 years.

Edge Wallet

Paul Puey is CEO of Edge, producer of the Edge and Airbitz mobile cryptocurrency wallets. A graduate of UC Berkeley's computer science and electrical engineering programs, he previously worked as a lead software engineer for chip manufacturers Nvidia Corporation and Chromatic Research. He will be giving away free bitcoins throughout the evening.
