Before this he graduated from The University of Texas at Austin where he received his PhD in Materials Science for research in advanced battery technologies. He was a candidate in the lower house of parliament election of 2012 representing Tokyo (District 5) and Hiroshima (District 3).

He is a senior software architect with more than 15 years experience, the last 8 with leading banking and insurance institutions, including ING. Kiril has a degree in Artificial Intelligence from the Belarusian State University of Informatics. He has been a contributor to various blockchain initiatives since 2016.
