Teun van Dongen

Teun van Dongen is a lecturer at Leiden University and an expert on terrorism. He previously worked as a policy analyst at The Hague Centre for Strategic Studies (HCSS), a think tank in The Netherlands, and has served the Dutch National Coordinator for Security and Counter Terrorism.

The “Sleepwet”

Peter Koop is a journalist who has written about the Dutch Intelligence and Security Services Act 34 588 which will go into effect on 1 January 2018. He has had a lifelong interest in signals intelligence and communications security, and has written for the weblog Electrospaces.net since 2012. He is one of the few people in the world who has systematically and critically studied the documents from the Snowden revelations and the press coverage they received.
