Ergo Platform

Cryptocurrency pioneer Alexander Chepurnoy, aka kushti, is a Core Developer for a new cryptocurrency, Ergo. He has been involved with Bitcoin since 2011 and has been developing cryptocurrency-related software since early 2013.  He was previously a NXT core developer, a smartcontract.com co-founder, and then a research fellow at IOHK.

Tezos

Arthur Breitman is a Co-Founder of Tezos, a blockchain platform that offers on-chain governance. It raised $232 million in its crowd sale in 2017 making it one of the largest in the industry. He previously worked at Google X and Waymo on self-driving cars, and before that, as a quantitative analyst at both Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.

Jimmy Nguyen is Chair of the Strategic Advisory Board for nChain which holds hundreds of blockchain-related patents and patent applications. He is formerly an intellectual property and digital technology lawyer who was previously a partner at three U.S. law firms, Foley and Lardner, Wildman Harrold and Davis, Wright, Tremaine. He currently serves as Founding President of the Bitcoin Association, a new organization that pursues “massive on-chain scaling” with Bitcoin SV, which it calls “the original Bitcoin protocol”.

Dr. Craig Steven Wright, Chief Scientist of nChain, claims to be Satoshi Nakamoto, the creator of Bitcoin. He is one of the most controversial speakers ever to present at Bitcoin Wednesday.

Saul Schwartzbach is an authority on cybersecurity, network architecture and cloud computing. He serves as CTO of Prestige IT, maker of the FrostByte software for enterprise key management, and will give a live, interactive demo of this solution.

Scaling Bitcoin

István András Seres is a Hungarian researcher who studies the Lightning Network at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest. He will present his research on “The Shape of Lightning: The Topology of Bitcoin’s Lightning Network.”
