Here is a video from Bitcoin Wednesday held on 1 March 2017. Dominik Zynis, one of the founders of WINGS, explained how their project plans to potentially reduce investor’s risk by crowd-sourcing financial predictions.

Some of the biggest challenges faced by Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAO) are decision-making and crowdfunding. WINGS, which is itself a DAO, aims to resolve these issues by sourcing forecasts — for example, how much money will be raised in a crowd sale — which are evaluations of these organizations. The predictions are contributed by the users of WINGS who receive rewards, the Wings tokens, based on the accuracy of their predictions.
